  • Preserved collections (already in use):

    • Paleobotany and wood biology
    • Zoology
    • Palaeontology
    • Evolutionary anthropology
    • Human biology (not medical)
       

  • Living collections: (normally compatible)

    • Zoos and Aquaria use ZIMS …
       

  • Seed collections and Culture collections (theoretically compatible but need probably new developments with the BRAIN bioheritage proposal)

  • DNA samples collection and Tissue sample collection

    • compatible and used
    • need new developments with the BRAIN bioheritage proposal
