20. Is there a customer helpdesk to deal with general questions and issues?

Answer:

Today, the helpdesk and the developer team are the same.

  • The developper team can continue to manage the technical questions

  • The DiSSCo Flanders consortium can easily pay for a part time dedicated Helpdesk : Larissa Smirnova participated in several EU projects as helpdesk officer and she is importing all the previous database data in the RMCA DaRWIN. She is totally aware of the DaRWIN features and could be the perfect helpdesk for the DiSSCo Flanders consortium.

  • It is a ad hoc online help using the Naturalheritage DaRWIN interface
